Abby Korman
Hi, I’m Abby Korman — founder of Beauty in the Books Advising.
I work exclusively with beauty and wellness business owners who are incredible at what they do but crave more clarity and confidence when it comes to their finances. You help your clients look and feel their very best every day — your business finances deserve that same level of care and intention.
Before stepping into the world of bookkeeping and financial advising, I spent nearly a decade as an engineer. Precision, systems, and detail were second nature to me — and I quickly realized those same skills translated beautifully into financial management. What began as bookkeeping naturally evolved into strategic advisory, helping beauty entrepreneurs not just track their numbers, but truly understand and use them to grow.
As a mom of two boys, I was determined to build a career that allowed me flexibility at home while creating meaningful impact through my work. Today, I get to do both — supporting ambitious beauty business owners as they scale sustainably and confidently.

Marketing & Financial Support Specialist
Hannah Brossman
Hannah is an essential part of the Beauty in the Books Advising team. She handles sales receipt data entry with precision and care, helping keep our clients’ financials clean and accurate.
She’s also the voice behind much of our social media and the friendly face you may meet on a sales call. Hannah loves connecting with beauty and wellness entrepreneurs, answering questions, and helping them feel confident about taking the next step in their financial journey.
Fun facts about Hannah:
- Loves a good beer! So much she named her 1st cat Brewer (she has 2, Brewy & Juniper, lovingly referred to as the “chickens”)
- Obsessed with reading - mainly addicted to any and all fantasy/romantasy
- Loves her friends
- Utterly fascinated with sharks
- Favorite day: a sunrise hike ending at a local brewery
- If not bopping around town, she’s traveling the world with her husband, tattoos = souvenirs
